Before
After
(lick on the image it will get bigger!)
That clever, talented Husband can still stun me with his talents. I was not so keen for him to change the dining room chairs, I rather enjoyed the circa 1963 Pucci fabric. Change them he did, & on occasion I am unhappily & unwillingly brought to admit that he was right. He reupholstered the 2 dining room chairs & I am charmed by the results.

The "after" photo is missing...I'm curious because I follow all your projects with awe.

Very handsome. Love it!
ReplyDeleteI really like the new chairs. He did a great job on them.
ReplyDeleteYes, the blog is so interesting, I forget to mention the Husband's work looks like the kind of rooms only Cher can afford to put together!
ReplyDeleteEspecially the outdoor areas...gosh, It takes all I have to co ordinate the right white shirt with Khaki pants!
There is a lot of talent in that house,

They look really terrific. I thought at first that he had refinished the legs too as they look almost metallic in the "after" shot. But I think it's just reflected light.
ReplyDeleteLovely.
I love the before......and then I love the after!
ReplyDeleteCan't I just have all the chairs?
I keep licking and licking but I guess my tongue only works on cocks and not computer screens!
ReplyDeleteNicely done.
I did like the black and white very much also but the new fabric is also nice with some clean chicness to it. A nice update!
ReplyDeleteOh, yes, both were nice, but I think the new is so beautifully subtle; love the use of different facing and backing materials. And then, in the second picture, the sweet dog-let cuddled on his pouf. Adorable.
