The Boys' Fort Summer 2010
Post Apocalyptic Bohemia is like the Winchester Mystery House. As long as he keeps re-working it, changing & building on, the Husband will not die. So I encourage his avocation. Our home is also the Husband's studio & lab.
He has made changes to The Boy's Fort that I find to be pleasing & promising.
This Year's Model
The light fixture is recent, formally from a ship & found at The ReBuilding Center, re-wired & well hung by The Husband.
Vicodin & Vodka

As always, it looks like a wonderful place to hang out. Maybe one day I'll get to see it in person!
ReplyDeleteRR you da man!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt looks terrific - very creative. And as for the well hung comment...
ReplyDeleteIt is quaint and charming, welcoming and a place you know you will be able to relax...kudos to the hubby.
ReplyDeleteI have such a place too and we call it "the manger"...not quite as elaborate or nice as yours, but during the hot Florida summers the lanai is unusable and the manger is cool.
love it.

Looks brilliant! Puts my condo balcony to shame!
ReplyDeleteI love it, I wish I had more of a free hand with my garden....
ReplyDeleteAre you going to enter the garden contest over at infomaniac ?
MJ is back...
I retain very happy memories of an evening and dinner in the Boys' Fort, a truly magical place that's like walking through a portal into another time and place entirely.
ReplyDeleteDo not apologize for such a place of beauty. Even though I live in the forest, it is NOTHING compared to your garden Stephen... Gorgeous, simply gorgeous.
